My bestie is Australian-Italian. My god the shit she's got from her family over her life. At one point in her early 40s she told me she stopped going to family gatherings, such was the incessant pressure from relatives.
We need to understand that some people – me and my partner are two of them – do not like and do not want children. So please, for the love of god, stop asking women about it. (Nobody asks me, a dude, fwiw.)
