I can't change the title

The title can be changed for a short time (1 hour or 2). If it's an emergency, the mods can change it too, but this doesn't look like an emergency.

You can repost it a few times if it doesn't get attention. My recommendation is to wait a week and only repost it 2 or 3 times, otherwise people may get angry.

The guidelines ask to use the original title, but adding the subtitle is most of the times fine, specially when the title is too short. So my suggestion is to wait a few days and try again with the extended title.

Are you part of the project? A power user? It's good to add that info. People is more friendly when the developer is here to answer questions.
