For the site, I would advise you use a larger, bolder font, to make the charges seem more glaring.
There also needs to be additional information, such as the name of the officer involved.
Corruption in India is so widespread that it's become a lifestyle - it's simply understood that you will have to pay to get certain things done. But that doesn't mean it cannot change, I believe there are people in the government who really want to crack down, and I applaud efforts like this.
