Everything has gotten more expensive. Have your wages been adjusted to compensate for the rate of inflation over the last 12 months?

The base wages of the whole organisation have been raised by 10%.

Notably, prices of food items I buy or notice have shot up way above the officially reported inflation numbers, sometimes 2x their previous prices.
