Air Pollution and Stress Alter Brains and Social Behavior of Male Mice (duke.edu)

I am sceptical of the entire premise, but even more so of the details. The summary is not informative enough to judge what was actually done, and the devil is, as usual in the details. What Im getting is that both, "doze-rate" and time windows and exposure relaxation are variables to be controlled. However, such information is cannot be found.

I could go on, but suffice is to say that it is pure impossibility, apart from a made up story, to link diesel exhaust particle to male foetuses and their adult phase social behaviour in a causal way. And to imply that this is somehow even related to human development is beyond the 'red line' of honest effort of being objective in one's research.

The back story of the researcher here, Carina Block, is pretty inspiring.
