No, I don’t think we anywhere near that future.

US did not stopped Axis alone, Allies did. Even in Pacific Soviet participation was very important in defeating Japan.

And the US did not retreat, it kept its military all across Europe (and the world), brought its nuclear weapons to Europe (not for the Europe, but for the US to be used with Europe as a launching pad).

You should read how this particularly huge settlement was achieved. It’s on Alex Jones for refusing to participate in the legal debate, contemning the court, refusing discovery, et cetera.

With better legal defence he may have to pay much and much less.

She is also not a scientists, but some weird grifter with her “Institute of Exotic Science” and “antigravity” paper.

Sounds like the exact person we should be concerned about getting hit with scifi weapons to be honest

I mean, sort of? Let's put aside whatever she claims to have been working on. Then, consider, if there is a group of people more likely to be attacked by odd advanced weapons? Probably people whose work puts them into contact with with or near research into odd and exotic things. If someone was murdered in their NYC apartment and a schizophrenic neighbor claimed it was a wild tiger then sure, you'd take that with some salt. If you then found out the deceased worked at the zoo? Well...

It’s a list of scientists, admin workers, janitors, assistants, and one person is a pseudoscientific grifter.

And retirees

I take my kids to Leikkipuisto that is organised there few times a week. It’s an event for kids of different ages, with some playing, socialising, some programme. Activities for parents too

They won’t stay 400B for long, and Claude Code will have no effect on that.

Recently there was a bug where CC would consume day/week/month quota in just a few hours, or hundreds of dollars in API costs in a few prompts.

It basically shifting work to future people. This mess will stop working and will introduce unsolvable obscure bugs one day, and someone actually will have to look at it.

It already costed many developers months and hundreds of dollars worth of tokens because of a bug. There will be more.

Read ToS.

I just did. Tell me where it states what you are claiming. Neither my reading (IANAL) nor ChatGPT’s reading could find such a blanket ban:

I suspect you are accessing their website from a European IP address. The clause you quoted is not present for users outside of the EU/UK.

That explains it. I don’t see it from my US IP address.
